At IC package test site, there is a possibility that yeild goes down because of high contact resistance. This tends to happen because of below reasons:

When foreign material such sticks on the tip of spring probe.

不锈钢的硬度和强韧性带来高剥离效果,可以清除铅等难以除去的焊料残渣。

不锈钢纳米刷细软而有刚性,可实现塑料及纤维毛刷不能满足的清除效果,能深入角落头型细部探针,更有效清洁细微残渣,让Socket测试座探针与芯片器件接触更好,左右来回清扫20次左右即可达到明显清洁效果。四种刷毛直径0.02mm、0.03mm、0.04mm、0.05mm,根据芯片探针尺寸选择合适的刷毛。刷毛越细越柔软可到达难以接近部位角落,清洁效果好、表面损伤小,常见型号NANO-1-003、NANO-3-003纳米刷、NANO-5-003;粗毛较有弹性更容易清洁,对应较粗探针,常用款NANO-2-005纳米刷、NANO-3-005、NANO-5-005。

软树脂材料尼龙可以轻轻刷动,避免任何损坏。尼龙毛刷可以在不损坏探针的情况下清除灰尘等轻污垢。尼龙刷杆子及线夹握把尺寸材质与钢丝刷一支,刷毛比不锈钢丝刷毛粗,一般用于较粗的芯片探针,常见型号如NANO-3-010N、NANO-5-010N、NANO-5-020N等。NANO-5-010N尼龙刷毛直径0.1mm露出长度6mm,刷头握把直径5mm,不锈钢手柄杆子,全长181mm。
